You can walk in without an appointment during those hours — if the agent for your area is available, they'll sit down with you straight away; if not, we'll book you in for the same or next day. Phone and email are monitored during office hours and we aim to respond to all enquiries within three working hours. For urgent matters outside office hours, WhatsApp is the fastest route and we do check messages on weekend evenings.
