We arrange viewings at times that work for you, accompany you on-site, and help you negotiate the lease terms. We don't take a fee from renters — our commission comes from the landlord on successful placement.
For Landlords: Vetted Tenants, Managed Process
Finding a tenant quickly matters less than finding the right tenant. We screen applicants thoroughly — employment verification, previous landlord references, and an in-person meeting before we recommend anyone to you. Our standard letting fee is one month's rent, paid on signed agreement. For landlords who want ongoing management, we offer a property management add-on that covers rent collection, maintenance coordination, and periodic inspection reports. We currently manage a portfolio of 47 residential units across Kilimani, Westlands, and Parklands, which gives us operational infrastructure and a roster of reliable contractors you can draw on.
